This adorable couple was so much fun to spend time with. 🙂 We went to the Bud Ogle Place at the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, for an engagement session to take advantage of the beautiful rustic buildings, bubbling creek, and relaxed atmosphere. We were so lucky to have such a beautiful day for it.
We met when I did observation hours at LeConte to apply to the x-ray program (he was already a student there about to graduate).
Our first date was on St. Patrick’s Day, and he took me to play putt putt golf (in which I won, of course). Then, we had Japanese food.
How did he propose? We planned a trip to Destin, Florida, and Daniel took me out to a nice, fancy restaurant when we arrived that evening. When we got back to the hotel, he took me for a sunset walk on the beach (with my favorite bottle of wine). As we were watching the sunset, he popped the big question!
I love that he completes me! I’ve always waited for that one person to share everything with and to be my best friend, and I’m so glad I found him!
We absolutely LOVE to go fishing together. It’s one of our favorite things to do. 🙂
