I decided it was time for some new photos. It’s a very different feeling being in front of the lens instead of behind it. It has been a long time since I’ve felt comfortable in front of a camera, but I’ve decided that it is time to try to let go of my self-consciousness.
I read a post the other day (14 Things No One Will Tell Fat Girls, So I Will)
which made me think about the sorry state of the old photos of myself on my website, and I decided to go for it!
Being a plus-sized lady, it can be difficult to feel good about how I look–but Amanda with Southern Sirens certainly helped.
She did some hair and makeup magic, I added a cute dress I picked up from Deb Shops, and voila… picture time!
Ian was able to distract me a bit, and I think we ended up with a few that aren’t too shabby…
And then we brought in the furrrrrr balls. 🙂
