I met Rachel last year. She is a fabulous hair and makeup artist, especially when it comes to pinup styles. She is sweet and fun, and I feel so lucky that she looked me up for her wedding photography because it gave me the chance to make an amazing friend. She and Drew are both into Rockabilly which you may notice in the images below. Have you heard of Rockabilly? It is an adorable mixture of country and rock and roll. Wait until you see her dress! I just LOVE the pop of color.
We met in 9th grade in south Florida. We have been together for 4 years. 
Our first actual date was to see Cutthroat Shamrock play in Gatlinburg.
He proposed in Cloudland Canyon State Park in Northern Georgia. We went on a hike, got off the trail , and found the edge of the cliff. After taking in the view of the canyon, he popped the question! I was so overwhelmed all I could get out was ‘uhn hun’.
We both love Johnny Cash and June Carter so our song is ‘jackson’.
Our wedding date was just random and our location was chosen because we wanted to spend time with family and not be in a formal setting. The 50’s theme was because we live for the era and everything about it!
For fun, we spend time with our awesome family and we all love to go to car shows.
My favorite thing about the wedding day was the first look, just having to wait to see each other and then boom!
We haven’t taken our honeymoon due to work schedules but, when we do we are going to Exuma Bahamas, to swim with the the pigs! That’s right I said pigs!!!
What we love about each other: Drew loves my red/pink hair, and I love how he knows what makes me happy.
