This wedding was so fabulous that I can’t fit all of the greatness into just one post!! So, today, here is some of the pre-wedding fun stuff all the way up through the first look. Then, tomorrow, you will get to see all of the rest! These two are one of my favorite couples–so sweet together and obviously in love. I greatly enjoyed their engagement session, and I was so excited to be able to join them for their wedding.
Any particular reason for the theme/venue/etc.? We wanted to do something fun and laid back that everyone would enjoy!
Did you have any DIY projects? If so, what? Where did you get the ideas? Would you do it again? We had tons of DIY projects! Most of our ideas came from looking at ideas on Pinterest and tweaking them to make them fit us. Our biggest project was decorating mason jars to sit on the tables with candles in them. We would defiantly do everything we did for our wedding all over again!
The thing I love most about Patrick is his love for the church and knowledge of the bible. I love learning more about the bible from him. We have defiantly watched our love for each other grow and relationship get stronger as we get closer to God. -Shelby
I thought it was adorable that Shelby decided to use a heart-shaped lock on her bouquet and a key on the boutonniere. Lisa Foster did a fabulous job incorporating them into these gorgeous floral arrangements!
