Make a wedding day outline.
You should have a timeline that you’ve discussed with your photographer and/or planner. Write this up, detail it so that everyone in the wedding knows where they are supposed to be and when. This will make things go much quicker with your photography because you won’t have to corral everyone–they will know to be at their assigned locations. Give an extra copy of this to your wedding planner and your personal slave so that they can help keep everyone on track. If you want to go a step further and you’re having a wedding weekend, you can have a schedule posted at a central location.
